Terms of use
These terms apply when you use FlyMidway. They explain what FlyMidway provides, what it does not provide, and the responsibilities that come with using a shared meetup link.
Planning service, not a travel seller
FlyMidway compares travel information and helps a group coordinate a destination, flights, accommodation ideas, and related services. FlyMidway is not an airline, travel agency, tour operator, accommodation provider, insurer, or payment processor and does not conclude the final booking contract.
Indicative information
Prices, schedules, routes, availability, visa labels, nearby-airport suggestions, photos, and destination-service counts can be delayed, incomplete, or changed by their source. Always verify the final dates, passengers, baggage, conditions, documents, price, and availability with the relevant official authority or provider before purchase or travel.
Shared meetup links
Anyone with a meetup link may be able to see group information. Participants must keep identity and recovery links confidential, enter only information they are authorized to share, and avoid sensitive personal data. Votes and suggestions are coordination aids, not binding bookings.
Content added by participants
You retain any rights you hold in content you add. You grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, and display it only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the meetup service. You must have the right to share the content. The operator may restrict or remove unlawful, harmful, privacy-invasive, or technically dangerous content. Potentially unlawful content can be reported using the contact below; include the meetup or content link and the reason for the report.
External providers
A booking or service is governed by the external provider's terms, privacy notice, cancellation rules, and customer support. FlyMidway is not responsible for an external provider's inventory, performance, refusal, cancellation, refund, or subsequent changes.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other meetups, submit unlawful or harmful content, scrape the service beyond ordinary personal use, bypass technical limits, or use FlyMidway to deceive other people.
Service availability and liability
FlyMidway is provided on an early-access and as-available basis. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, FlyMidway is not liable for decisions based solely on indicative information, third-party services, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Changes and termination
FlyMidway may improve, limit, suspend, or end features and may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by an updated date and, where practical, explained in the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in your country. Disputes should first be raised with the operator so a practical resolution can be attempted.
Consumer dispute resolution
If a consumer dispute arising from the FlyMidway service cannot be resolved directly with the operator, the competent out-of-court dispute-resolution body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate — ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, email adr@coi.gov.cz.
